Staying update-to-date on government changes, with an ear to the market offerings, Ashley helps guide individuals to the coverage they want. She enjoys the puzzle of matching the individual to the carrier who will meet their needs. In her free time Ashley enjoys cooking and baking, always game to try a new recipe. Family time is precious to her, they love being together watching movies, playing games and enjoying the sun.

ROBBY PHELPS, Licensed Agent

Robby's background makes him a valuable asset here at LSS. Previously he worked as a Critical Care Respiratory Therapist, and now uses his medical knowledge to assist with plan selection, understanding benefits and costs and looking ahead. He's also Ashley's husband and fits perfectly in our team. Robby is passionate about provider the best care and service to all. He loves being a dad to his two teenage daughters. His favorite place to be is in the mountains or cruising across southern Utah sands. 

Kami Hendrickson, Licensed Agent
& Adminstrative Assistant

Kami finds working at LSS so fulfilling. Kami started as an administrative assistant and quickly became a licensed agent, wanting to help more. Meeting with individuals and helping them narrow down their health care options is something Kami is great at. She helps not only with plan selection and enrollment, but searches providers, assists with claim issues and more. Kami’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her family! She loves being a grandma, she’s happiest with her grandbabies. Kami also loves to vacation and travel, and play pickleball.

Mandy HOFFMAN, Licensed Agent

Mandy is a pro at customer service. She answers benefit questions and provides claim assistance, orders replacement ID cards and so much more. She keeps the office running smoothly. Mandy cherishes family time, she’s a busy mom of five. Mandy loves music & concerts, traveling, snorkeling and Hawaii is her favorite place on earth.

Tami Bryan, Administrative Assistant

Tami enjoys getting to know all our clients. She helps answer phone calls, schedules appointments, and helps with general questions. Tami loves being a grandma, she has five grandchildren. Tami enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and experiencing new places. She enjoys being a homemaker and working in the yard. For fun, you’ll see Tami outdoors walking, hiking, or biking.

Bob Larsen
licensed agent, Owner

Bob has a passion for education and customer service. Medicare is confusing, Bob’s goal is to educate and clarify all the options. He feels the better you understand Medicare, the better he can assist you in selecting coverage that will fit your individual needs. Having a local agent, someone you can sit down with face to face and get answers, is what Bob has built this agency around. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Bob skiing with his grandkids, fly fishing surrounded by nature, or on his road bike. Bob loves the outdoors and staying active.
